These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", "your") and x666d ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the website accessible at x666d.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality thereon (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the x666d Platform, completing the registration process, depositing funds, placing wagers or using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

x666d is an online betting and live casino platform designed to serve users who wish to participate in sports betting, live casino gaming and related entertainment activities. The Platform references familiar Pakistani payment services — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as familiar local payment context only. For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply unless the context requires otherwise:

To be eligible to register and maintain an active Account on the x666d Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout the duration of your Account:

1. You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the applicable license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
2. You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust or other legal entity) registering in your own name and on your own behalf.
3. You are not a Prohibited User and are not accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful.
4. You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor or agent of x666d or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such person.
5. You have not previously had an Account on the Platform closed, suspended or terminated for a breach of these Terms or any applicable policy.
6. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative or nominee of any third party.
7. You have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

4.1 Single Account Policy. Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the x666d Platform. Creating duplicate, secondary or multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or a different identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. x666d reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and void all associated Wagers and Balances.

4.2 Accuracy of Information. You are required to provide accurate, current, complete and truthful information during the registration process and to maintain the accuracy of such information throughout the duration of your Account. x666d relies on the information you provide to verify your identity, assess eligibility and comply with applicable regulatory requirements.

4.3 KYC Verification. x666d may request documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, address or source of funds. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to, a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, utility bill or bank statement. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the prescribed timeframe may result in suspension of your Account, restriction of withdrawal functionality or Account closure.

4.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party. You agree to notify x666d immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

4.5 Account Currency. The x666d Platform supports Pakistani Rupee (PKR) denomination throughout the Account interface. All deposits, wagers, winnings and withdrawals are processed in PKR unless otherwise specified by the operator.

5.1 Permitted Use. Subject to these Terms, x666d grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to: (a) redistribute, resell or sublicense access to the Platform; (b) use automated scripts, bots or data-scraping tools; (c) commercially exploit any Platform content; or (d) systematically extract data for any purpose.

5.2 Platform Availability. x666d endeavours to maintain Platform availability on a continuous basis. However, the Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, regulatory requirements or events outside our reasonable control. x666d shall not be liable for any loss arising from such interruptions.

5.3 Device & Network Responsibility. You are responsible for ensuring your device, internet connection and software are suitable for accessing the Platform. x666d does not guarantee Platform performance on any specific device, browser or operating system configuration.

5.4 Third-Party Services. The Platform may reference third-party payment services (such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah) as familiar Pakistani payment rails. x666d is not responsible for the terms, availability, performance or regulatory status of any third-party service. References to such services are informational only and do not constitute endorsement, partnership or guaranteed support.

5.5 Accuracy of Content. Odds, statistics, scores and market information displayed on the Platform are provided for informational and entertainment purposes. x666d makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but does not warrant that all information is current, complete or error-free. Confirmed official results govern the settlement of all Wagers.

6.1 Deposits. All deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by x666d at the time of deposit. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set by the operator and may vary by payment method. Deposits must be funded from sources held in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

6.2 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are subject to: (a) successful KYC verification of the Account; (b) completion of any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds; (c) compliance with minimum withdrawal thresholds; and (d) x666d's anti-money laundering review procedures. x666d reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation prior to processing any withdrawal.

6.3 Processing Times. Withdrawal processing times vary by method and are subject to compliance review. x666d does not guarantee specific processing speeds. Bank transfer withdrawals (e.g., HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah) typically take longer to process than mobile wallet methods. The mention of any specific payment method is for reference only — availability is confirmed at the time of transaction.

6.4 Currency. Withdrawal amounts are denominated in PKR unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of the receiving institution.

6.5 Right to Withhold. x666d reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, compliance review or investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse or prohibited conduct. Users will be notified of any hold and provided reasonable opportunity to respond.

7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, promotions, loyalty rewards and referral credits offered on the x666d Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions. Where specific bonus terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements as specified in the applicable promotion. Bonus-derived winnings are not withdrawable until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been satisfied in full. Wagering requirement multiples, eligible game contributions, maximum bet limits during bonus activity, and expiry dates are documented within each individual promotion.

7.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus. Unless otherwise stated, the maximum permitted bet per event while a bonus is active is PKR 500 (illustrative example — actual limits are specified per promotion). Exceeding the maximum bet limit during bonus activity may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

7.4 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses carry an expiry date from the point of activation. Unused or partially satisfied bonuses will be cancelled automatically upon expiry without notice.

7.5 Bonus Abuse. x666d employs detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated wagering, arbitrage betting, low-risk hedging strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk, and multi-accounting to claim the same offer multiple times. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all associated Bonus Funds voided.

7.6 Illustrative Figures. PKR figures stated in promotional materials (e.g., "100% Welcome Offer up to PKR 25,000", "Sports Starter up to PKR 10,000", "Cricket Weekend Offer up to PKR 15,000") are illustrative examples for educational purposes. Actual promotional values are subject to operator-confirmed current promotions. Users should verify current promotional terms before depositing.

8.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets and wagers are subject to acceptance by x666d. x666d reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason, including but not limited to bets placed at erroneous odds or in connection with suspected match-fixing, abuse or prohibited activity.

8.2 Erroneous Odds. In the event that odds are published in error (whether due to technical fault, typographical error or data feed malfunction), x666d reserves the right to void any bet placed at such odds, irrespective of whether settlement has already occurred.

8.3 Settlement. All bets are settled in accordance with x666d's applicable sports rules and casino game specifications. Official results from relevant governing bodies — including cricket results from the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), ICC tournament officials or equivalent international authorities — govern final settlement. x666d has no official affiliation with PCB, PSL, ICC or any team.

8.4 Live / In-Play Betting. Live betting markets update in real time. Connectivity interruptions during in-play wagering are the User's responsibility. Bets accepted at the time of server receipt are valid. Bets delayed or lost due to User-side connectivity issues will not be reinstated.

8.5 Casino & Live Dealer Games. Casino games operate under random number generation (RNG) or live-dealer mechanisms as specified by individual game providers. RTP figures are published by game providers and are theoretical over the long term. x666d does not make guarantees as to individual session outcomes.

x666d is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides a range of player protection tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from the Account settings at all times.

x666d reserves the right to apply responsible gambling measures to any Account at any time, including the imposition of deposit limits, cooling-off periods or Account suspension, where there are grounds to believe a User may be experiencing gambling-related harm.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the x666d Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own identity or any other identity;
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform while under the Minimum Age;
• Using the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, chargebacks or any financial crime through the Platform;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors or pricing anomalies for financial gain;
• Colluding with other users, bookmakers or third parties to fix match outcomes or manipulate odds;
• Sharing Account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to operate your Account;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse as described in Section 7.5;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Platform staff or other users;
• Conducting commercial arbitrage or professional sports-trading strategies in a manner that exploits the Platform's pricing without genuine recreational intent.

All intellectual property rights in the x666d Platform — including but not limited to the x666d name and brand, platform design, user interface, software, databases, content, graphics, logos, text and compilation thereof — are owned by or licensed to x666d. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property right to you.

You are permitted to access and view Platform content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Reproduction, redistribution, modification, commercial exploitation or creation of derivative works based on Platform content is prohibited without x666d's prior written consent.

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, x666d's total aggregate liability to any User arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Platform or any wager shall not exceed the net deposits made by the User in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.2 x666d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity or reputational harm — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if x666d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12.3 x666d does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or entirely secure. You accept that all betting and gaming activity involves inherent financial risk and that no outcome is guaranteed.

12.4 x666d accepts no responsibility for losses arising from: (a) incorrect use of Platform features; (b) reliance on information provided by third-party data feeds; (c) failure of third-party payment services; or (d) actions of third parties beyond our reasonable control.

13.1 x666d's Right to Suspend. x666d may suspend or restrict access to your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected breach of these Terms; pending KYC verification; suspected fraud or money laundering; regulatory requirement; or for responsible gambling purposes.

13.2 x666d's Right to Terminate. x666d may permanently close your Account in cases of confirmed material breach of these Terms, including prohibited conduct under Section 10. Upon termination for breach, x666d reserves the right to void outstanding Wagers and forfeit Bonus Funds. Verified real-money Balances will be returned subject to completion of AML and compliance procedures.

13.3 User-Initiated Closure. You may close your Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Outstanding Wagers will be settled in accordance with standard betting rules before Account closure is finalised.

x666d reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, x666d will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Users via the Platform or by email. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of their obligations.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which x666d is incorporated or licensed to operate, as specified by the operator. Nothing in these Terms overrides the mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the User's own jurisdiction.

Pakistan-Specific Notice: These Terms do not constitute a representation that participation in online betting or casino games is lawful in Pakistan. The Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and other applicable Pakistani laws may restrict or prohibit such activity. x666d does not claim to be licensed or regulated by any Pakistani authority. Pakistani users engage with this Platform at their own legal risk and are solely responsible for assessing the applicability of local law to their participation.
